    The room was really spacious with a huge king bed, perfect for our family of four. The view of the river was fine, and the decor felt modern and clean. It had nice bath amenities and the kids loved the river view. A bit disappointed with the sofa bed, it was a bit firm. But overall, super comfortable stay!

    Location was good, easy access to the river boat services. They also operate their own boat for getting accross the river or to the Sky Train. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

    The receptionist tried to fool us into a more expensive room by "accidentally calculating wrong" when comparing the booked room price to the upgrade price. You had to check everything she did.

    We had 3 days in Bangkok with our boys and it was a dream to stay at Hilton

    The location. The excellent service and staff. The breakfast restaurant.

    I got the less interesting room view, west side. The fact that the window was too high making it possible to enjoy the city view only when standing up or sitting high on a chair close to the window. Relatively small room. No free of charge internet connection in the room. .
